As for my company, we earning an additional $700-900 monthly with
TrialPay.
Several tips from our experience:
1) TrialPay payment option works great for paid major updates - for
those who still in doubt after second maillist :)
2) Off course we got more TrialPay orders when we place their link to
the purchase page, like this one:

3) We got more orders for the products that doesn't performs well with
the usual payment options. Strange, but it doesn't affect our usual
sales.
It is quite easy to setup the products on TrialPay. Moreover, when I
added one of my product to the account, the TrialPay guys added the
rest ones themselves :) Nice service.
