Daily Update from Your Subscriptions! Date: Wednesday, March 03, 2010 Username: ira27snider | Coming Up Next: Personal Search We've gotten great feedback on the new and improved site search... so wanted to share what we're working on next: personal search!
Nini1981 described exactly what we had in mind in a comment on our last post: "Any way to search a [specific] blog.. if not, any plans to make it possible?"
Yup, we plan on making this possible!
A quick preview of our plans:
1) We'll add search boxes to your private pages for easy access to search 2) You'll be able to allow users to search your site, through an optional search bar. 3) Every user will be able to search their site (or at least, the last two years worth of public posts) 4) We'll make sure that Premium users have a full index (from the time you joined) available for both public and private posts (of course, only you will have access to the search results linking to private posts... and search results will be themed).
Anyway that's one of the big projects we're working on now... it's still in progress, as our software needs to finish building the search index. But we wanted to give a peek at what coming up.
Let us know what you think!

| I Honestly Thought I Was Going To Die I was creeped out from the minute I got into the car. We were all creeped out. The driver told us some really long name and about how he worked for a law firm. He told us about his wife and how he was drunk at dinner last night. He told us about how he used to be a police officer. He told us that he was married five times. He told us all sorts of things. So maybe this guy just likes to talk. There's nothing wrong with that, right?
There's nothing wrong with it when the driver is wearing his seat belt, driving in the lines, and stopping at red lights. It becomes a problem when the driver is not wearing his seat belt, swerving on the road, and barely stopping at red lights. Also, although I was not aware of this at the time, two of my friends smelt alcohol on his breath.
At this point I was only slightly nervous and creeped out. I felt bad for my friend who was sitting in the front seat because she was the one that had to talk to him and he kept patting her head.
I started to notice that we were no longer on the main road. More Here... Posted 3/3/2010 at 7:17 PM - add eprops - add comments

4 Things I've Learned from Job Interviews Since graduating in May, I've gone on several interviews. While I've yet to land any permanent jobs, I continue to go on interviews because I feel that, with each interview, I get better at being interviewed. I learn what questions to ask, what answers to give, and how to present myself. While some of these tips were learned the hard way, they've all been pretty important to take note of.
